All development services, project timelines, deliverables, and technical specifications are defined and governed by individual project agreements signed prior to execution.
Intellectual property rights and the scope of delivery (whether it is a usage license, source code handover, or operational management) are determined based on the nature of the package or the agreement concluded and recorded in each client's project proposal or contract. Unless explicitly stated otherwise regarding the transfer of ownership of source codes, the technical architecture and source code of the provided solutions remain the property of Kmtut.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary assets, access credentials, and timely feedback required for project completion and system deployment.
While we build software engineered for extreme reliability, third-party infrastructure (such as cloud database providers or hosting edge networks) is subject to its respective service level agreements (SLAs).
KmTut reserves the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our services or technical architecture.
